RAC-NJ Afternoon of Learning Together Registration

Where: Temple B'nai Abraham, 300 E. Northfield Ave. (entrance located on East Cedar Street), Livingston, NJ 07039

What: Join RAC-NJ, our partners, and Temple B'nai Abraham for an Afternoon of Learning Together about modern approaches to school integration and diversity planning related to Latino Action Network v. State of New Jersey (impact litigation currently pending in the New Jersey courts). 

Who: Hear from and ask questions of two dynamic panels of speakers, including:
  • Mark Winston Griffith and Max Freedman, hosts of NPR's School Colors Podcast, which examines how race, class, and power have shaped New York City and its schools
  • The Honorable Gary S. Stein (retired), who served on the New Jersey Supreme Court for over 17 years and is co-founder of the New Jersey Coalition for Diverse and Inclusive Schools
  • Shadura Lee, Organizer, an education justice leader from Salvation & Social Justice
  • Leaders from RAC-NJ and other faith communities!
A Livestream option will be available, but we highly encourage you to join us in person!
