• Partner with expert mentors in the field and NFTY North American Board members
• Create legislation, strategies or resources for Reform Jewish teens
• Strategize with peers and mentors in monthly online meetings
• Connect in person at optional meet-ups

• Inclusion Task Force – Join in the important work of ensuring that everyone can find a home in our Jewish community.
• Israel Engagement Task Force – Help shape our Israel programming and attend national conferences including AIPAC and JStreet with other Task Force members.
• Environmental Justice Task Force – Lead our efforts to create a sustainable future by organizing teens across North America to take action.
• Operations Consultants Task Force – Partner with URJ staff to enrich conversations about NFTY and URJ teen program operations with the voices of our young lay leaders.
• Temple Youth Program Spotlight Task Force – Create a network of Temple Youth Program teen leaders to learn from others around the movement and strengthen our local programming
• Programming Task Force – Unify NFTY through programmatic themes and topic, including maintaining the Verified Program Bank to highlight and showcase our regions’ best programs.
