Project Excellence for Early Childhood Congregational Education (PEECCE) is a team-based process guided by a URJ-trained coach to reflect on the intersections between the ECEC and the congregation.
The leaders of your congregation and early childhood education center have the opportunity to engage in this intentional and ongoing process guided by 21st-century measures of success, potentially leading to transformative change.
This application must be completed by the congregational president and/or lay leader overseeing education and/or the ECEC director with approval by the board of trustees.
To participate in PEECCE, you must form a leadership team that represents a cross-section of your entire congregational community. Now is the time to assemble your team.
Along with those chosen to represent the congregational community, these three individuals must be included on the team:
Member of board executive committee
Clergy team representative
This form must be completed by one of these three people by February 17, 2020.
