Why do you want to participate in a fellowship of this kind? What do you hope to gain from the experience?

What are the most pressing needs in your community, in Israel, or elsewhere that are calling you to act?

By participating in the URJ Teen Israel Organizing Fellowship, you are entitled to a stipend of up to $15,000. It is a gift for you and your family and it's yours in full should you need or want. If you and your family happen to be in a financial position where you do not need some or all of the scholarship money in order to participate in this fellowship and in Heller High, and you are willing to do so, we also wanted to give you the opportunity to take less than $15,000. The money you do not take, along with the money other Teen Israel Organizing Fellows do not take, will go toward funding more students to participate in the URJ Teen Organizing Fellowship. Consult with your families and then let us know how much of the $15,000 you will be requesting. Note that whatever amount you and your family decide will in NO WAY affect your chances of being accepted into this fellowship.
