The Teen Jews of Color Fellowship
A transformative experience for 11th and 12th graders that offers an inclusive and vibrant space for participants to explore and engage with all their intersecting identities, form community, cultivate leadership skills, and create meaningful projects based on their learnings. (Time commitment: 1x/month for the school year) 

RAC Teen Justice Fellowship
This six-week, virtual program is great for teens (9-12th grade) who are interested in learning more about how community organizing, advocacy, politics, and Judaism relate to each other and to all other aspects of social justice, as well as gaining the skills needed to be changemakers. (Time commitment: 1x/week for 6 weeks + a project)

Teen Israel Fellowship - US Based
This five-month program (October - March) offers an incredible opportunity to join a community of 9-12th graders who are curious about Israel, eager to gain tools to speak about it with clarity and complexity, and ready to engage deeply with the issues they care about most. This is a great opportunity for teens who are passionate about social change, leadership, and Israel. (Time Commitment: 3 hours a month + project)

Madrichim Fellowship

The Madrichim Fellowship is our newest learning lab designed to help teen madrichim be more effective in the classroom and create a more inclusive world outside of it. 8-9th grade Fellows will learn classroom management, how to build inclusive environments, and leadership skills that help everyone feel welcome and supported. The Madrichim Fellowship is facilitated in partnership with the Association of Reform Jewish Educators (ARJE).
