The Teen Jews of Color FellowshipA transformative experience for 11th and 12th graders that offers an inclusive and vibrant space for participants to explore and engage with all their intersecting identities, form community, cultivate leadership skills, and create meaningful projects based on their learnings. (Time commitment: 1x/month for the school year)
RAC Teen Justice FellowshipThis six-session, virtual program is great for teens (9-12th grade) who are interested in learning more about how community organizing, advocacy, politics, and Judaism relate to each other and to all other aspects of social justice, as well as gaining the skills needed to be changemakers. (Time commitment: fall and spring cohorts 1x/week for 6 weeks + a project, summer cohort 2x/ week for 3 weeks + a project)
Madrichim Fellowships(in partnership with the Association of Reform Jewish Educators)
The
Madrichim Fellowship is for first or second year madrichim who want to
improve their leadership and classroom management skills. The fellowship
will meet six times, and include a locally-based project.
The
Madrichim to Teaching Certification Fellowship, is for madrichim who
have been in their role for three or more years. This fellowship will be
a more intense experience, including 10 sessions, and a reflective
project that includes 1:1 coaching, observation, and lesson planning and
delivery.
