The cohort is a ten-month opportunity designed for clergy to who are committed to social justice and are looking for sustained support, tools, and a peer community to turn passion into power within congregational life. The Fellowship centers social justice in Jewish leadership that is rooted in text and tradition, strengthened by organizing skills, and sustained through relationships so Reform Jewish values lead to meaningful, lasting impact in communities nationwide. This year will include a focus on non-partisan ways to engage in the 2026 election.
