Biennial Photo contest

Please review these requirements before uploading your photos. Read the full rules and requirements.


✓ You may submit up to 10 photos. 

✓ Photos must be submitted as high-resolution JPEG files with a minimum dimension of 4,000 pixels on the longest side. 

✓ You must be the copyright owner of all photos you submit. 

✓ All identifiable individuals in your photos must have given permission for their images to be submitted and used by the URJ. 

✓ By entering the contest, you grant the URJ permission to use submitted photos in Biennial displays and in URJ publications, websites, videos, social media, and promotional materials. You retain full ownership of your photos.

Participant Agreement

  • I am the copyright owner of all images submitted to this contest. 
  • I have obtained permission from all identifiable individuals appearing in the submitted images, or from their parent or legal guardian if applicable, to submit these images to the Union for Reform Judaism (URJ). 
  • I grant the URJ a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to reproduce, display, publish, distribute, and otherwise use the submitted images in connection with URJ Biennial and other URJ programs, publications, websites, videos, social media channels, marketing materials, and promotional communications, in any media now known or later developed. 
  • I understand that ownership of my photographs remains with me. 
  • I understand that the URJ will make reasonable efforts to provide photographer credit when feasible, but cannot guarantee attribution in every use.

BST Stuff
  1. Clone this form (https://urj.tfaforms.net/1081). 

  2. Grab your new form ID. Head over to the template survey (FA 1081) and Copy Survey. Update the name and External ID to match your new form.

  3. Pull any questions you want out of the question bank and up into the visible section of the form. Do not delete questions from this template! If you don't need a question, return it to the hidden question bank. Make sure it's not required when in the question bank.
  4. Mobile Phone Number cannot be required for forms collecting texting opt-in. 
  5. If you need to ask about congregation, reference the style guide for formatting. Map the congregation to the Congregation ID question at the bottom. Remember to fix the prefilled lookup:

  6. Make sure that you have an opt-in. For American/general forms, set default to True and hide the question. For Canadian forms, leave default null and display the question. Edit Organization to URJ Camp George or the Reform Jewish Community of Canada.

  7. Head over to the Connectors section and Enable the connector. Edit:
    Survey

    Opt-in
    --Campaign ID
    --If a 2+ opt-ins are required, clone "Opt-In for SFMC" as many times as needed. Leave skip logic as-is. Update Campaign IDs on each.

    --Campaign Member Status - it'll use the default in SF, so make sure to configure that as needed.
     If Campaign Member Status needs to be conditional, you Map Another Field and select either a field or a formula. However, you need to make sure that the status values you pick match the status values available in the Campaign.

    --Description: Pick the Qs and As of any custom questions that you'd like to map to the Campaign Member Comments field. If you are not mapping custom questions, then delete this field mapping.



  8. Head over to Notifications. Disable notifications to Frederick. Sign user up for notifications if they want. Enable and customize automatic response email.
