I commit to reading America’s Enduring Caste System and participating in a talk back session with Yolanda Savage-Narva, URJ Director of Racial Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion. I commit to downloading & completing the Audacious Hospitality community assessment workbook in order to advance racial equity, diversity, and inclusion in my community.

Social Justice

I commit to registering for the “Every Voice, Every Vote” campaign launch and recruiting three people to join me.

Israel

I commit to being an active part of the Israel Leadership Network and being trained to be an Israel leader for the Reform Movement.

Congregations

I commit to hosting a Board & Leadership workshop at my congregation that explores topics from the Summit. I commit to learning more about what a URJ Membership & Belonging Network can do to enhance my ability to lead change.
