Before completing this form, make sure you have reached out to other scholarship sources and have the amounts that you have requested, or are receiving, available to include in this form.

Have your income available for both parents. If you are divorced or separated, please make sure you have the income of the other parent if they support the camper financially.

All information contained in this form is secure and confidential. Federal Income Tax Form 1040 for 2022 is required. Do not submit schedules. Please email it to kpress@urj.org, or mail a copy to Camp Newman at the address below. You may black out the Social Security numbers if you wish.

Scholarship application and 2022 Federal Tax Documents are due by March 1, 2024. If we do not receive tax documents, your application will be incomplete and your camper will not be eligible for scholarship.

We will contact you via email with the camper(s) award amount during the first week of April, 2024.
