When you complete this form, a campaign will automatically be created in Salesforce for your meeting (based on your answers below) and a process will be triggered that will allow the Data Management team to upload your meeting registration information. You no longer need to download a registration report yourself!

As we continue to strengthen and refine our data collection strategies, the URJ is committed to making sure that we send communications only to the appropriate audiences. In order to make this possible, we are asking every URJ staff member who is creating registrations in any platform (Zoom, Wufoo, FormAssembly, Classy, Cvent, Forms, SurveyMonkey, or anything else) to ask two questions: one to identify minors, and one to identify people who do not want to receive emails from the URJ.

We are also asking that you standardize the wording of the questions and answers to exactly what is written below. This allows us to import data from all of our various systems seamlessly into our Salesforce fields, and ensures consistency and clarity across our varied platforms.
